People feel more at ease and comfortable in their homes or favorite spaces. So, while we offer our services in our studio, we like to come to your location or favorite area to capture you and your family in beautiful, happy pictures in a natural atmosphere.
Taking pictures at your home also has the advantage that it is easier and more comfortable to change your outfits if you like or if the photographer suggests a different color or pattern that suits you better or creates a better balance in the picture.

The best time depends on the season and the kind of pictures you are looking for. Generally, the best light is in the early mornings or late afternoons; however, depending on the picture or setting, overcast works just as well. For indoor sessions, the time of day doesn’t matter.
Yes, we do. We know that being in front of a camera can make you nervous, so we will do our best to help you with some prompts. The main thing is to have fun and make it casual and natural without any stiff posing.
It depends on where you would like the shoot to take place and if you have any specific ideas. Generally, we want to shoot with natural light because it makes it feel more organic. Also, the morning light usually brings out the best shades and colors. If you will have the session at home, choose a room with large windows and lots of natural light for the best effect.
Also, please prep the room or area where the photos will be taken so there is no clutter. This ensures that the focus will be on you and your family and not distract eyes toward random items.
If you would like the portraits to be taken outdoors, we recommend you bring some props to match the look you are going for and, depending on the age of your kids, some of their favorite toys.
No travel fee is involved for any photo shoots within a 50 km radius. If the location is further away, travel costs will be calculated based on the travel time.
The average turnaround time for family sessions is 25-30 business days. However, the first set of pictures for social shares is available within 3-4 business days.
When booking, we will collect a non-refundable 50% retainer fee. However, if the photo shoot has to be postponed, this retainer fee can be used again for a later session.

Generally, wear something you are comfortable with, and typically wear. This will allow us to capture you as your natural self. Try to avoid over-coordinating your outfits to keep things natural. In general, we recommend avoiding large and flashy prints and patterns.
But overall, this is about having fun, so why not layer different textures and colors? This way, you can remove a jacket to add another dimension for additional photos.
Our mini-sessions last about 20 minutes, and our full sessions are approximately an hour.
